What are your shipping rates?
Regardless of what you order, the first item is $6.oo for shipping and each additional item is $1.oo.
Orders are shipped via US Postal Service, 2-day priority mail with delivery confirmation.
Can I pick up my order at your next craft show and save shipping charges?
Sure! When you checkout, there is a drop down menu where you can change the shipping option to "Pick Up". Then just call or email to let us know when & where you plan to pick up your order.
How long will it take for my order to be processed and shipped?
Please allow 2-4 weeks for your order to be processed, handcrafted, and shipped. As a creative company that handcrafts each piece, we take care with each order to make exactly what you desire. You will receive an email when your order has shipped to let you know that it is on its way. If you have a deadline to meet, a birthday gift to have by a certain date, etc., feel free to contact us via e-mail or phone to ask about having your order delivered by a certain date. We will work with you and meet your needs.
Can I have my order shipped to a friend as a gift?
You betcha! Just contact us with the details.
What is your return policy?
We want you to be completely satisfied. If you item is not as expected, please send it back within 30 days in the original condition for a full refund minus shipping. We will also be happy to arrange an exchange for a different color/style.
Do you take wholesale orders?
If you are the owner of a store or gift shop that would like to carry our items, please e-mail us.
Do you paint all of your earring holders by hand?
No, many of the frames are covered in fabric. Some are vintage or other cool frames we have found and converted into earring holders.
Can I use my own fabric for an earring holder?
Sure. Send us an e-mail and we'll tell you where to send it.
If I use my own fabric, will I save money?
No. However, you won't pay any extra, either.
I want something special to match a theme I already have. Can you match it?
Probably. We do not violate other company's copyrights, but we can often do designs that coordinate. And we love creating new designs based on clients' ideas.
What is your policy on privacy?
- We will NEVER sell or use your private information for profit or otherwise.
- We will ONLY use your mailing address and/or e-mail address for marketing from Serendipity if you have opted to have us do so.
- If we are contacted by you to STOP sending you newsletters, specials or e-mails (which are infrequent), we will take you off of our mailing list at your request.
- Your credit card information or other financial information WILL NOT be shared or used for anything other than our private, secured payment transactions.
